Registration begins on November 18th. - Join Parkland resident Miranda Andrews for an introduction to painting with watercolors. Miranda has a Masters of Science degree from Florida International University. She is a state certified teacher and has taught students of all ages in South Florida.
This program is being run in conjunction with Vizcaya Museum & Gardens trip by the Leisure Services Department.
