Parkland Communities & Homeowners Associations
Listing of Parkland communities along with links to HOA websites and detailed information provided by the City of Parkland.

Parkland communities range from rustic country homes and elegant estates to contemporary residential neighborhoods. There are currently 47 residential communities constructed within the 11 square miles of the City of Parkland. Approximately 22,000 residents reside within the city limits and real estate projections call for another 13,000 for the long term. When it comes to environmental planning and residential development, Parkland takes a conservative and patient approach. All these elements come together to create a "park-like" feeling throughout the city.
